Ivana is the founder of KWAN Advisory, where she leverages extensive experience in capital raising, acquisitions, and a wide range of corporate finance projects. Her expertise spans the financial services sector as well as the logistics and transport industries.

Before founding KWAN Advisory, Ivana built over 15 years of senior leadership experience in the financial services sector. At Raiffeisenbank Austria Croatia, she served as Director of Treasury/Asset&Liability Management, overseeing a €1+ billion portfolio and managing liquidity, debt, and equity funding strategies. Earlier, she led the Investment Banking/Capital Markets department, where she worked on landmark transactions, including the IPO of INA d.d., the IPO of Atlantic Group d.d., and multiple government and corporate bond issuances.

Ivana began her career at KPMG Croatia, working on audit and corporate finance projects across the Adriatic region.

She holds a degree in Economics from the University of Zagreb and a Master’s in Finance from the University of East London. Ivana has further enhanced her expertise through executive programs at leading institutions, including Harvard Business School and the Innovation Institute Zagreb.
